REi Scout: A real estate professional who actively seeks out below market properties in order to identify them and sell them to buyers.
Wholesaler: Contracts a home with a seller, then finds an interested party to buy it. They do not incur costs, because there are no additional costs i.e. repairs and renovations.
Flip: Purchasing an asset with the intent to sell it quickly.
Rehab: An investor purchases a property, completes renovations and repairs, then sells the asset.
Landlord: A person, business, or entity which owns a property and then leases it out to tenants in return for rent payment.
Private Money: Funds an individual, organization, or entity invests with a real estate entrepreneur in exchange for a return on the investment.
Promissory Note: an unconditional promise that is written and signed; it is a promise to pay an agreed upon amount of money immediately, at a specified time. A written promise to pay money that is often used as a means to borrow funds or take out a loan.
Creative Finance: The process of acquiring property or land by using little to no money out of pocket.

Prior to moving into real estate, he provided an excellent service in the insurance industry providing coverage for individuals and businesses. Bernice is your main point of contact after you sign the purchase agreement, and she will be in constant contact with you throughout the closing process. Bernice strives to get you an outstanding experience that is both hassle free and fast. On a professional level, she holds a CAM certification from the National Apartment Association in Multi-family Housing Management, an Associates of Science in Business Management, and continues her studies working towards a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. When she is not at work or school, she enjoys being at home spending time with her 3lb fur baby Dexter, family and friends. Israel has 13 years of selling experience starting off at 19 years old in the life insurance industry. Israel learned the importance of face to face sales and house visits. Using these skills he transitioned into Farmers Insurance selling auto, home and life insurance. Israel crossed over into real estate 5 years ago and found a home with Mr. Deeds Buys Houses as an acquisitions representative. On his time off Israel enjoys martial arts training and time with his 12 year old son who is also in Tae Kwon Do.
